After a short theater tour in April of last year we'll be back with a full theater tour this September and October. We'll play with a total of 13 musicians on stage (including ourselves) and will hit 17 theaters throughout The Netherlands. This will be the last touring we'll do for a long time so don't miss us! Just to let you know what I'm doing now we're not touring with Pete & Perq: I'm currently working on the soundtrack for Dutch movie 'Carmen van het Noorden'. The movie, with Tygo Gernandt, Sanguita Akkrum and Thom Hoffman in the lead rolls, will play in theaters this September. For the soundtrack I will work with some of the dopest Dutch HipHop-artists, including GMB, Jiggy Dje, Turk, Duvel (DuvelDuvel), Typhoon, Sticks (Opgezwolle) and Sanguita. On other news, a remix I did of 'A Year And A Bit' for my favourite Dutch rockband Voicst has been released on I-Tunes last week. Check it out by clicking here.

I wanted to let all my people know what I'm up to when I'm not doing the Pete & Perq thing. I'm playing the lead in this play called "The Man From Nowhere". We're in the middle of presenting our first try outs this week, after which we'll keep developing the play and go on tour with it next year. We just returned from Cape Town, South Africa. It was great to be back again after the show we did there four years ago. Blessings to everyone that we?ve met and to everyone that was there to see our shows. We?ll try to be back soon! For the next 2 months we won?t do any shows but from the end of June we?ll start touring again with shows in Italy, Switzerland and Germany. Check out the See Live section for the dates. Peace!

After many years that we couldn't make it, we'll finally play at this year's South By Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas. We're scheduled to play in Buffalo Billiards on March 21st at 11pm, right before Solange Knowles. Be there or be square ;-)
We'll also return to South Africa this year! After our performance on the Cape Town International Jazz Festival of 2005 we've been asked to return to South Africa this year to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the festival! Alongside our performance at the festival on April 3rd, we'll also play at the open air concert on April 1st, together with The Stylistics and The Incredibles.

It took us quite some time to read all of the scripts we received for our new video. We received a lot of scripts and there were a lot of original ideas among them but we had to make a choice. So, after we?ve spoken with five different could be directors, we?ve finally chosen the idea of Lucinda Sedoc. In our opinion her script was the most original and also suitable to shoot with mobile phones. The video will be shot under her direction this Wednesday in Amsterdam and will probably air in the first week of February. Stay tuned!
